Why These Terms Exist

NexaTools.io provides browser-based tools such as a resume builder, invoice generator, logo maker, QR code generator, business card designer, password generator, and social media scheduler, along with related free and Pro features. These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you and NexaTools.io when you use any part of the platform, so that both what we provide and what is expected of you are clear from the start.

NexaTools.io provides the tools; you remain responsible for what you create and do with them.

All designs, code, branding, logos, and content of the NexaTools.io platform itself are the intellectual property of NexaTools.io. This includes the website's visual design, underlying code, and the NexaTools name and logo.

Content you create using our tools — including resumes, invoices, logos, QR codes, and business cards — belongs to you. You may use these files for personal or commercial purposes, unless a specific tool or feature states otherwise on its own page.

What you may not do is copy, reproduce, or redistribute the NexaTools.io platform itself (its code, design, or branding) without our written permission.
